It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to indulge on a beautiful Traditional Afternoon High Tea at one of Perth's luxury 5 star hotels, The Richardson Hotel & Spa. On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, we arrived at the beautiful contemporary styled hotel lobby where we were directed to Opus Restaurant, seated and welcomed with a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Champagne. The service was refreshingly friendly and the food was delicious.
The High Tea included vegetarian and non-vegetarian options which was perfect for us. We had an assortment of sandwiches, plain scones with raspberry jam and vanilla chantilly, macaroons, hand made marshmallows, fruit jubes, lemon meringue tartlets, strawberries and cream panacotta and chocolate mousse with salted caramel as well as a selection of tea or coffee.
Truly a lovely experience - perfect for celebrations and special occasions.
